Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup rice crispies
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup chopped raw almonds
3/4 cup craisins
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp vanilla
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl mix the oats, rice crispies, coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, and craisins. Set aside.
2. In a large pot melt the butter, honey, sugar, and vanilla together. Stir in the oat mixture for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and spread in a dish with cooking spray. Refrigerate and enjoy when you’d like!
