Ingredients:
450g creamy brie cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp shallots, finely diced
1 fresh rosemary spring
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 crispy bacon pieces, crumbled
crackers for serving
Instructions:
Place brie in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
Meanwhile, in a pan melt the butter over medium low heat. Add the shallots and rosemary and sauté until shallots are soft. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds more. Remove from heat. Stir in the maple syrup and bacon.
Top the brie cheese once baking is finished with maple bacon mixture. Serve with crackers.
