Korean Beef


1 lb beef

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup chicken stock

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp garlic seasoning

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp cornstarch




Green onion

Sesame seeds


1. In a medium bowl whisk together the soy sauce, chicken stock, sesame oil, sriracha, brown sugar, garlic seasoning, ground ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.

2. Cook beef until no longer pink. Stir in sauce and simmer on low until thickened, about 5-10 minutes. (You can also add any veggies if desired)

3. Serve over rice and top with fried egg, sesame seeds, and green onion if desired.
