Jalapeno Popper Cups


175g cream cheese, softened

5 large jalapeno peppers (or 6 small), stems removed, deseeded, and chopped

5 bacon strips, cooked and chopped

1 tsp garlic seasoning

1 tsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

12 wonton sheets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

OPTIONAL: chopped green onion for garnish


  1. In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, bacon, garlic, brown sugar, and salt.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray then lay one wonton sheet in each hole. Fill each wonton cup with the cheese mixture, evenly.

  3. Bake for 13-14 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and wontons are browning. Garnish with green onion if desired. Enjoy!
