Chicken Souvlaki


4 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces

1/4 cup olive oil

zest from one lemon

juice from one lemon

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried parsley

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper


1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and keep in fridge for 2-24 hours. Skewer chicken and BBQ as desired
