Cheesy Beef Noodles with Peas and Corn

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 6-8 people


1 lb ground beef

1 1/4 cup milk

1 1/2 cup passata

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 cup canned corn, washed and drained

1 cup frozen peas

salt and pepper to taste

450g pasta of choice

2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. In a large deep skillet brown the beef over medium low heat. Stir in the milk, passata, sugar, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and simmer together for 5-7 minutes. Add in the corn and peas and continue simmer for 5-7 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Once cooked and drained toss into the sauce then stir in the cheese until melted. Enjoy!
